In addition to the responsibilities of a Shift Manager, your daily tasks will include:

Prerequisites:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous restaurant experience, preferably with supervisory experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with all team members.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge is desirable.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various areas of the restaurant, operate computerized Point of Sale systems, and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
