Are you passionate about fitness and empowering others to achieve their wellness goals? Torch Fitness, a division of Valet Living, is seeking a dynamic and energetic Pilates Instructor to lead engaging an 45-minute class at a luxury apartment community 1x a week at 3200 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX 75204, starting immediately.

Location: Cortland M-Line: 3200 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX 75204

Class Demographics: Enjoy an intimate class setting with an average of 3-5 motivated residents.

Preferred Availability:

  • Wednesdays, 6:00 PM

Compensation: Competitive pay of $35-$40 per exhilarating 45-minute class.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our intuitive software for seamless clock-in and class attendance tracking.
  • Travel to and from the class location.
  • Provide attentive guidance to ensure proper exercise form and safety for all participants.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
  • Motivate and lead clients through invigorating fitness classes.
  • Adapt exercises to accommodate diverse skill levels and physical conditions.
  • Be a fitness influencer within the community and establish your personal brand for success.

Requirements:

  • Liability insurance (required) or willingness to obtain it.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing effective fitness programs and classes.
  • Current CPR and AED certification, college degree, or fitness certification (preferred).
