This position earns starting rates from $25 to $29 per hour based on RBT experience, with incremental raises provided every three months, six months, and annually, potentially reaching $33 per hour. Additional bonus options will be available once the salary cap is met We also offer amazing benefits such as:

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN - RBT
As a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at The Treetop, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule that allows you to make a difference when it matters most. Whether you prefer morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, we'll work with you to find the perfect balance between work and life commitments. Currently, we are hiring for the following shifts:
-Mon - Fri 3 pm - 8 pm
-Mon - Fri Daytime hours
-Mon - Fri 8 am - 1 pm
-Tues, Thurs and Fri 4 pm - 7 pm and Wed 3 pm - 6 pm
As a Registered Behavior Technician - RBT, you'll assist with skill-building activities in a school setting and participate in community outings. Your dedication and passion will shine through as you build a strong rapport with clients and their families, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive
OUR IDEAL REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN - RBT
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- A love and passion for working with children
- Willingness to travel to client homes
- Residence within 30-60 minutes of the city for this job posting
- Ability to work a varied schedule depending on client needs
