Descripción del Trabajo:

Como Anfitrión de Recepción de Hotel, tu responsabilidad principal es garantizar un servicio al cliente excepcional al ofrecer una experiencia cálida y memorable a todos los huéspedes. Además de las responsabilidades existentes descritas en la descripción del trabajo, tu papel abarcará las siguientes funciones:

Funciones Adicionales:

  1. Manejar Quejas de los Huéspedes: Abordar y resolver quejas o preocupaciones de los huéspedes de manera rápida y efectiva, asegurando la satisfacción del huésped y la lealtad al establecimiento.
  2. Promover Servicios Adicionales: Promocionar proactivamente las comodidades del hotel, servicios y mejoras para mejorar la experiencia del huésped y aumentar los ingresos.
  3. Mantener la Apariencia del Vestíbulo: Asegurarse de que el área del vestíbulo esté limpia, organizada y visualmente atractiva en todo momento, reflejando los estándares de excelencia de la marca.
  4. Asistir con Solicitudes Especiales: Atender las solicitudes especiales de los huéspedes, como preferencias de habitación, ocasiones especiales o necesidades de accesibilidad, con eficiencia y profesionalismo.
  5. Seguridad: Mantenerse al tanto de los procedimientos de seguridad, reportando de inmediato cualquier actividad sospechosa o incidentes a las autoridades correspondientes.
  6. Dominio Tecnológico: Demostrar competencia en sistemas de software de gestión hotelera, incluido Opera PMS, para administrar eficientemente reservas de huéspedes, check-ins y otras operaciones de recepción.
  7. Habilidades Lingüísticas: Poseer competencia en idiomas adicionales además del inglés para satisfacer las diversas necesidades de los huéspedes de diferentes orígenes culturales.
  8. Retroalimentación de los Huéspedes: Solicitar comentarios de los huéspedes sobre su experiencia y buscar activamente oportunidades de mejora basadas en sus sugerencias o comentarios.
  9. Formación y Desarrollo: Participar en programas continuos de formación y desarrollo para mejorar habilidades y conocimientos relacionados con tendencias de la industria hotelera, técnicas de servicio al cliente y procedimientos operativos.
  10. Participación Comunitaria: Interactuar con la comunidad local para fomentar relaciones positivas y promover el hotel como un destino preferido para los viajeros.

Calificaciones y Educación:

Además de los requisitos de calificación y educación establecidos en la descripción del trabajo original, los candidatos para este puesto idealmente deberían poseer:

  • Experiencia previa en el manejo de quejas de los huéspedes y resolución efectiva de conflictos.
  • Habilidad demostrada para promover servicios y comodidades del hotel.
  • Gran atención al detalle y compromiso con mantener un entorno visualmente atractivo en el vestíbulo.
  • Competencia en idiomas adicionales además del inglés.
  • Participación en programas relevantes de formación y desarrollo relacionados con las mejores prácticas de la industria hotelera.

Educación: Se requiere un título de secundaria o equivalente. Se prefieren certificaciones adicionales o cursos en gestión hotelera o campos relacionados.
