The Technician is familiar with construction practices, methods, materials and equipment and checks site conditions to ensure readiness for quality installations. Responsibilities

· Inspect site to determine production and installation requirements. Identifies and resolves potential issues.

· Document installation requirements and report any issues. Communicate requirements to installers and project managers.

· Contribute to the resolution of customer service challenges. Complete minor repairs as needed.

· Recommend process improvements



Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED certificate. Associate degree in engineering or construction management (preferred)

· Three or more years of residential construction experience

· Problem solving skills

· Time management and scheduling skills.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

· Effective interpersonal communication skills

· Knowledge of construction materials and safety requirements

· Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and drawings. Templating experience preferred

· Attention to detail

· Comfortable on a construction site, ladders and scaffolding

· Computer literacy. Knowledge of Stone Profits preferred
