Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJOB TITLE: Portfolio AnalystDEPARTMENT: i3 OperationsREPORTS TO: Director of OperationsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: noJOB LOCATION: MurfreesboroTRAVEL: no travelSUMMARY OF POSITION:The primary purpose of this role is to monitor and analyze various aspects of our merchant portfolio to ensure accuracy as well as identify revenue trends to ensure we are meeting expected profitability. In addition, this role is to develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. The associate works closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Portfolio Analyst:
  • Billing Management- upload monthly billing files
  • Revenue Escalations – conduct review of accounts to ensure pricing is accurate.
  • Conduct monthly reviews on portfolio profitability
  • Generate reporting for management.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors
  • Correct identified errors directly, or work with the related departments to ensure updates are made to accounts in a timely manner
  • Perform updates to comply with industry regulations or card brand association changes.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies
  • Inbound Calls (15-20 per day)
  • Conducting rate analysis on new and existing merchant accounts
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
  • High attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email
  • Ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Must work well in a team environment while also having the ability to work independently
  • Intermediate math skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
  • Prior experience in the Payments industry
  • Prior Call Center experience
