Job Description: 4Sight is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cashier/Retail Staff member to join our team in Kansas City. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling transactions efficiently, and maintaining an organized and inviting store environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Process customer transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions efficiently and securely.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information and recommendations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and sales floor.
  • Restock shelves and ensure that displays are well-maintained and appealing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
