- Pull and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Wrap and label pallets for shipment
- Prepare shipping documents and labels
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Track and manage inventory levels
- Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Utilize shipping freight systems to process shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of previous shipping or warehouse experience required
- Familiarity with shipping freight systems and procedures
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- This position requires physical requirements include standing, bending, lifting, and manual dexterity for handling packages and equipment.
