Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. As a Lavu Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering relationships with restaurant owners and operators. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, promoting our solutions, and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the restaurant industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Lavu's POS solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both Lavu and the client.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the restaurant technology or hospitality industry.
Strong sales closer.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Previous experience with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) is a plus.
