Daily, team members will collaborate on all components of projects to strategically develop plans, connect dots, and be smart and purposeful executing those plans. All majors are desired from History, Environmental Studies, and Communications to Accounting, Finance, and Marketing.

You will begin by training across various business segments to gain a broad perspective. With that perspective, you will have greater opportunities to make an impact throughout the firm and to identify the components of business in which you excel and enjoy. Each opportunity also provides opportunities for significant salary increases, bonuses, and other corporate incentives.

After training, team members will be assisting in the following activities to ensure each one is seamlessly integrated with all operations of the enterprise:

  • Marketing and Communications – Telling the story of each business segment via varied platforms and outlets.
  • Accounting, Finance, and Treasury – Implementing and maintaining the systems and processes to track strategic information throughout the enterprise.
  • Reporting and Storytelling with Data – Assisting Executives and managers to gain better visibility to key information and make informed decisions.
  • Human Capital Management – Recruiting the best of the best candidates to support Corvid’s explosive growth, building relationships at key universities, and communicating Corvid’s competitive advantage to secure top talent.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions – Pre-merger negotiations and due diligence and post-merger integration of the businesses.
  • Campus Planning - Designing and developing our corporate campus for future growth in multiple industries and to facilitate strategic collaboration across all teams.
