Candidates joining LL Online will directly contribute to the achievement of these organizational goals


WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Coaching online debate and public speaking classes per scheduling
  • Providing feedback on the performance and improvement of the students
  • Ensuring high satisfaction and high retention of the students
  • Providing feedback on the curricula and suggestions on ways to improve the activities.
  • Evaluating, revising, and implementing course curricula.
  • Participating in and supporting with coach training.
  • Designing the students’ experience and creating a fun online community.


Qualifications


WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • Passionate curiosity, love of learning, and a desire to inspire
  • Two or more years of teaching or coaching experience in either a private school, public school, or a private enrichment education academy, and experience working with elementary and middle school students
  • One or more years of experience in curriculum development or student evaluation
  • Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal English
  • Strong adaptability to cope with a fast-growing environment
  • Collaborative work ethic and the ability to quickly integrate feedback
  • A sharp eye for detail and consistency
  • Methodical decision-making ability
  • Experience in a formal competitive debate (such as British Parliamentary, World Schools, Public Forum, or Policy Debate and/or competitive individual speech events such as Extemporaneous Speaking, Original Oratory, After Dinner Speaking, or Humorous Interpretation) is highly advantageous.
