What They're Looking For:

We seek an experienced Account Manager, ideally with a background in healthcare or pharmaceuticals, to support a key project-based account. This role involves managing all social media disciplines, including content (organic and paid), insights, project management, and creative.

You will help deliver standout social content that pushes boundaries in innovation and performance. The role involves working with a broader team to elevate an already award-winning account to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

What You Bring:
  • 3+ years of Digital/Social Account Management experience in Pharma or Healthcare.
  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Expertise in social media platforms and trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in IT skills, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Experience in proposal writing and presenting campaign ideas.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of creative and paid formats on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
