Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Marketing Coordinator performs a wide variety of tasks to support the marketing and sales teams in their efforts to increase revenues in the United States.  The person in this role will:

(1) develop and publish digital and printed marketing materials,
(2) manage CRM tools to develop sales leads and maintain the pipeline,
(3) support the sales team for presentations and trade shows,
(4) manage SEO, paid search, paid advertising, and social media,
(5) coordinate activities with our HQ marketing team,
(6) oversee external marketing vendors, and
(7) assist in broader marketing and sales-development operations. 

Applicants must have five years of B2B marketing experience in the healthcare sector (e.g., inpatient facilities, payers, outpatient facilities, provider practices, etc.) across medical specialties and product categories.

Applicants should be self-starters able to work collaboratively in multicultural, cross-functional teams with limited direction.  They should be adept at writing marketing copy and comfortable analyzing and managing data to support marketing and sales activities.  Applicants should also be able to interact in a friendly and professional manner with customers, vendors, and others by phone, email, and in-person.  

The Marketing Coordinator will work across all our product lines and market segments as Rapid Care expands and evolves in the coming months and years.  The Marketing Coordinator may be called upon to perform other job-related duties as may be assigned or required.  This is a remote (work-from-home) position.

QUALIFICATIONS & SCOPE DATA
 
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Design, or Communications.

Experience:
  • Proficient in social media applications and web design content
  • Experienced in MS Office Suite, CRM, Google Analytics, graphic design software.
  • Must possess a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent time management and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively with other employees and departments.
  • Ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of marketing principles.
