Job Description

Xplor Mariana Tek is a leading vertical SaaS platform that enables boutique fitness studios to run their businesses with ease, save time and increase revenue. Xplor Mariana Tek has empowers class-based boutique fitness studios to increase sales performance and overall productivity by managing all aspects of their daily operations.   

We are seeking 2 motivated and detail-oriented Interns to assist our Revenue Operations team with updating and editing existing data within Salesforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our data and making necessary updates, such as correcting contact information and updating account statuses. This work will allow our Sales Team to more effectively prospect and sell.   

As a Revenue Operations Intern, you will work directly with our Revenue Operations and Strategy Manager to help support our department's growth and go-to-market strategy. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.  

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:  

  • Review and update existing data within Salesforce, including contact information, account statuses and account hierarchies   

  • Prepare data for expanding into international markets   

  • Analyze Sales Team pipeline to help identify trends and opportunities  

  • Support the Revenue Operations team with additional tasks as needed  

  • Exercise ruthless organization skills to stay on top of competing priorities  

  • Work with the Sales and Marketing functions to identify optimizations and improvements – we want to hear your ideas

About the Internship:  

Internships are a 9-week program. The internship will be either part-time or full-time  Monday-Friday business working hours.  The hourly rate for the internship is $15 USD.  We understand that students do have family vacation time planned over the summer, the recruiting team and managers will discuss time off needs during the recruiting process to determine if that will prevent a barrier to the program.     

These Interns will have the opportunity to work hybrid in our office located in Atlanta. Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter explaining their qualifications for the position. 

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Undergraduate student working towards a Bachelor's degree or a recent graduate

  • Sales or Marketing majors preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft tools including excel   

Desired:   

  • Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit  

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred  

  • Familiarity or passion for boutique fitness preferred
