As a Composite Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and optimization of composite structures and components. Your expertise in composite materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles will be crucial in developing lightweight, durable, and high-performance solutions. Working closely with our multidisciplinary teams, you will play a key role in driving innovation, ensuring product quality, and delivering projects that meet client specifications. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the advancement of composite technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design and R&D teams to develop composite solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct analysis and simulations to optimize composite structures for strength, stiffness, and weight.
  • Perform material selection, laminate design, and layup optimization for composite components.
  • Develop manufacturing processes and procedures for composite fabrication, including layup, curing, bonding, and assembly.
  • Design and oversee the development of tooling, molds, and fixtures for composite manufacturing.
  • Conduct testing and evaluation of composite materials and structures, analyzing test data and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and project management, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Stay updated with emerging composite materials, manufacturing technologies, and industry trends.
  • Document and communicate engineering designs, analysis results, and project progress to internal teams and clients.
