Join our team at Pause Wellness Center in Northborough, MA as an experienced Clinical Supervisor. In this role, you will provide crucial leadership and clinical expertise to our Outpatient Mental Health team.

Your duties will involve creating and executing evidence-based treatment plans, conducting clinician training, supporting the clinical supervisor, and delivering comprehensive therapeutic services to our clients. This opportunity allows you to engage with a diverse client base and contribute to our client's mental well-being. Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy services to assigned clients, adhering to evidence-based practices and ethical guidelines, with a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, incorporating measurable objectives and appropriate goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care and outcomes for clients.
  • Continuously monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans throughout the therapy process.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client evaluations, treatment plans, and progress summaries.
  • Collaborate with external sources to create training programs tailored to the needs of the practice.
  • Offer support as a backup to the clinical supervisor when required.
Qualifications:

  • Preferred qualifications for the Lead Mental Health Clinician position in Northborough, MA, US include having an LMHC license, although an LICSW or LMFT license is also acceptable.
  • Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in outpatient mental health services are essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of licensure regulations.
