Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in internal medicine and primary care, with a strong commitment to patient care and excellent clinical skills. New graduates are welcome to apply, and we will provide comprehensive training.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
  • Conduct physical exams, interpret diagnostic tests, and manage chronic illnesses
  • Educate and counsel patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic diseases
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Provide care in the walk-in clinic, addressing acute and urgent health issues
Work Schedule:


  • Evening hours (details to be discussed during the interview)
  • Reduced hours on Saturdays
Qualifications:


  • Licensed as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of New York
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal medicine or primary care preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
