- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in pediatric healthcare.
- Assess and diagnose pediatric patients, including infants, children, and adolescents.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle modifications.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
