Lanz Heating & Cooling is searching for a full-time HVAC Lead Installation Technician to join our Champaign, IL team. As one of our leaders, you will be responsible for leading the installation of HVAC systems while mentoring and guiding fellow installers. Your team will focus on ensuring the proper processes and techniques are being implemented to meet or exceed company standards and provide customers with a high-quality experience. This position starts the day at 7 am, or at the agreed-upon time outlined by your supervisor, and earns a competitive pay with SPIFF opportunities that are based on sales and customer experience feedback.

Family-owned since 2002, we are now a leading heating and air conditioning contractor with a fleet of about 36 trucks that provides HVAC, plumbing, underground solution, pipelining, duct cleaning, & dryer vent cleaning services for both residential and commercial customers. HVAC LEAD INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of HVAC and ductwork installation experience
  • EPA Certification
  • Competency with basic hand tools
  • Experience with sheet metal fabrication and high/low voltage wiring and troubleshooting
  • Solid communication and customer service skills
