Become a full-time Laborer - Construction Worker with Willis Electric Co. L.P. to perform vital work and support Texas's infrastructure Our Abilene, TX team is hiring a motivated, hard-working person who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.

YOUR IMPACT

You're responsible for working with your team to service roadway lights and traffic signals, doing whatever it takes to get the system back in optimal condition. You complete various physical labor tasks while prioritizing safety, quality, and accuracy. This is a great chance to learn new tips and tricks of the trade while positively impacting people throughout the state


YOUR SCHEDULE

Our entry-level Laborer - Construction Worker normally works Monday - Friday. Travel is required during the week, and you're home on weekends.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong work ethic, motivation to succeed, and a "can-do" attitude
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record for 3+ years - some minor tickets could be acceptable
  • Ability to travel and work out of town for 5 days, 4 nights a week
  • US citizenship and ability to speak fluent English

A commercial driver's license (CDL) would be preferred.
