YOUR DAY

As an entry-level Construction Crew Member, you work Monday - Friday. You're traveling during the week and are home for weekends.

You're responsible for performing various labor tasks and working seamlessly with your team to complete high-quality projects. We install wire, conduit, concrete foundations, and other relevant components, and you jump in to help out wherever you can. You make sure your work meets our quality standards and the client's expectations, playing a vital role in our long-term success


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Strong work ethic, motivation to succeed, and a "can-do" attitude
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record for 3+ years - some minor tickets could be acceptable
  • Ability to travel and work out of town for 5 days, 4 nights a week
  • US citizenship and ability to speak fluent English

It's not required, but a commercial driver's license (CDL) would be preferred.
