From Vascular and Interventional Radiology to Orthopedic and Sports Medicine, Neuroradiology to Whole Body Imaging, our radiologists have the specialized training and experience to diagnose, and, in some cases, offer minimally invasive treatment for a wide variety of health conditions.

Join us as a Patient Navigator specializing in imaging and Hereditary Cancer Testing. This full-time opportunity has a Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm schedule, and is located in Winter Park, FL. Our Patient Navigators play a pivotal role in collaborating with our clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience to a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting. Our ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recent medical office experience coordinating with a team of medical professionals. Candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Genetics education for high-risk patients.
  • Registration and scheduling follow up appointments for genetic testing.
  • Collection of specimens for genetic testing.
  • Liaison between patient, Radiologist, Pathologist, and Referring Physicians.
  • Insurance verification and authorization.
  • Maintain compassion and professional demeanor with patients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Distribute positive genetic test results to referring physicians.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of medical office experience in imaging highly preferred.

Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate their technical skills through a comprehensive assessment as part of the selection process.
