Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking to hire in-person AMFT, APCC, and ASW for our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) for clients with moderate to high acuity, ages 6-12. A typical IOP/ PHP clinician will split their time between facilitating IOP groups, individual sessions/ family sessions, and case management for clients. An ideal candidate is passionate about their work and enjoys working with all age groups.

  • Eating Disorder PHP / IOP program
  • Mental Health PHP / IOP Program
  • Outpatient Program

We are hiring at our San Jose location. This is an in-person job posting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, or group psychotherapy.
  • Coordinate care with other members of the patient’s care team and/or external providers.
  • Document encounters in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Qualifications:

  • Must be independently licensed to provide mental health services in the state of California (AMFT, APCC, ASW)
  • Must be able to learn and regularly use an Electronic Health Record (EHR) and remote options such as Zoom.
  • Strong knowledge base and experience with CBT and DBT preferred
  • Knowledge in trauma-informed work, EFT, MBSR, IFS, and Somatic Experiencing is preferred but not required.
