We are seeking an exceptionally detail-oriented, self-motivated, experienced Paint Protection Film Installer (PPF aka Clear Bra) Window Tint Installerthat has a minimum of 3 years of proven experience or has completed over 100 installations to join our team.
The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail to this role. As a crucial member of our team, your responsibilities will encompass applying flawless or very close to flawless paint protection film to vehicles, using your expertise in cut/print programs, and effectively managing and tracking products used. This is a full-time position that requires working on your feet for 8 hours a day.
Responsibilities:
- Plot and cut the proper PPF patterns to the specific vehicle and trim with extended edges to tuck wherever possible
- Perform deep decontamination wash, claybar, ironx treatment and prepare the vehicle for the installation of the PPF.
- Installing PPF and or window tint using professional techniques and tools, ensuring a smooth and flawless application.
- Inspect completed installations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers to understand customers expectations and provide high quality installs up to customer standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products related to clear bra.
- Apply Ceramic Coating to paint protection film
- Basic cleaning of interior once paint protection film installation is completed
- Additional job functions as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in paint protection film and or window tint with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail, a keen eye for quality, and a commitment to perfection.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in using various tools and equipment related to PPF. Such as CORE software & Graphtec plotter
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Must be physically capable of standing and working on your feet for extended periods (8 hours a day).
