We are currently seeking to expand our Customer Service team and are looking for someone to fill the entry level position of our Direct Customer Service Specialist.
Position Responsibilities:
- Follow up directly with specific client customers to establish lasting relationships
- Be able to answer any customer questions and recommend products and services that may be of interest
- Receive daily training to stay up to speed with client products, promotions, and goals
- Cross-train with the marketing and sales teams to become well-versed in all fields to be able to grow and take on leadership roles
