As an Entry-Level AT&T Account, you'll play a pivotal role in building lasting relationships with our valued clients while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Here's what you'll be doing:

 
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships to drive sales
  • Achieve productivity goals through effective negotiation and upselling strategies
  • Become a product expert and showcase features and benefits to clients
  • Provide professional customer support and resolve inquiries promptly
  • Collaborate with fellow Entry-Level AT&T Sales Managers to brainstorm innovative sales approaches
 

What we're looking for:

  • An Associate’s degree is preferred, but not required
  • 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
  • Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about customer interaction
  • Self-motivated with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement and success
