Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBlue and Co., LLC is currently seeking a Talent Development Program Manager to join our growing firm. This person will work with Blue’s Learning and Development team. This position’s core functions include:

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and translate firm needs into building and managing customized training programs (ADDIE model).
  • Utilize a variety of learning tactics and methodologies to create consistent, engaging content.
  • Facilitate learning sessions and serve as a coach to other firm leaders.
  • Collaborate with the talent development team and leaders across the organization.
  • Present training programs to small and large audiences with confidence.
  • Lead the onboarding and orientation process for our employees.
  • Build and refine learning tracks in the firm’s online learning management system.
  • Use a data driven approach, reviews, continuously improves, and maintains existing programs to ensure continued validity, relevance, and effectiveness.
  • Develop communication plans to boost program visibility and engagement.
  • Provide ongoing support: Offering ongoing support and guidance to employees, answering questions, and addressing concerns related to training and onboarding.
  • Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and contribute significantly to global strategies.
  • Help us keep work fun We want an energetic individual passionate about driving impactful development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education Minimum: Bachelor's degree
  • Education Preferred: Graduate Degree; MBA or Master's Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in facilitation of leadership, communication, critical thinking, and/or professional development programs.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing innovative educational programs, instructional design, curricula, or training initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to build, manage, and motivate.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning content authoring platforms
  • Adept at Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Some overnight travel required.
