About This Position

Fresh Take Grocery is looking for a Produce Assistant Manager to support our produce department with excellence and innovation. This role involves assisting in overseeing all produce department operations, including the Juice Bar, and ensuring the highest standards of freshness, quality, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values efficiency and effectiveness, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for both our guests and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive work environment and maintain staff morale
  • Prepare and cut produce, including special cuts for customers
  • Assist in creating and managing weekly schedules for department employees
  • Assist in ordering supplies and products for the department
  • Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Support in achieving and maintaining gross profit and sales goals
  • Maintain exceptional department conditions daily
  • Direct department associates
  • Follow merchandising plans set forth by the Store Manager

Availability:

This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications:
