Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently looking for a dependable and friendly person to join our team as a Sonic manager. The Manager operates the register system in the checkout area, greeting each customer and completing their checkout in an efficient and friendly manner. He or she ensures customer satisfaction and repeat business. Other duties may be assigned based on available time, business volume, and other criteria as determined by your supervisor.
He or she must have a pleasant and courteous personality and an excellent customer service focus. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:* labor cost, food cost, mystery shop report, late tickets, audit score, managing other employees, placing truck orders
Qualifications:* Strong math skills and the ability to handle financial transactions rapidly and accurately in a fast-paced environment Neat, clean, and professional appearance Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor Highly professional and dependable Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Basic computer and internet skills
