About the Role:

Our client, based in Warrington, PA is seeking a skilled Survey Technician to support their expanding operations. This role involves the production of survey-related drawings utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D for a variety of projects, including boundary and topography surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, construction stakeout, and utility as-builts projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in all aspects of plan preparation and production.
  • Download survey field notes and plot existing conditions.
  • Create surfaces and perform various calculations to support field personnel.
  • Review title reports for compliance and assist in identifying and solving potential problems.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of related Civil/Survey experience.
  • Proficient with Autodesk Civil 3D.
  • Experience interfacing with survey field crews.
  • College degree or technical school certificate in a Civil/Survey related field is preferred.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is goal-oriented and highly organized.
  • Demonstrates a strong desire and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Self-motivated with a strong inclination towards teamwork.
