Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team on a part-time basis (10-20 hrs./week). This is a fantastic opportunity for college students looking to gain hands-on experience in the marketing field, develop new skills, and contribute to exciting projects. As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our management team, supporting various initiatives that will stimulate our continued growth.

Through specializations in computer programing/software development, engineering modeling and combat systems analysis, Dalcom Engineering takes pride in building and empowering teams that will continue to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, content, etc.)
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing strategies
- Help manage and grow online presence, through avenues such as LinkedIn by creating content and engaging with the community.
- Support the development and maintenance of marketing materials, and promotional content as required.
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, briefings, and PowerPoint presentations on assigned topics.
- Assist with the development of templates to be used for marketing efforts.
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Collaborate with the management team on various projects and initiatives
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing efforts
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per month
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with AI content creation or graphic design is a plus
