The GM and Manager will collaborate closely with the Home Office to ensure each restaurant upholds its high standards and stands out from the competition. They are looking for upbeat, positive Managers who effectively lead and mentor their teams. They will be responsible for increasing sales through LRM as well as overseeing all financials, and restaurant operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven history of running profitable restaurants
  • Holding team members accountable while still fostering a fun and positive working environment
    High-volume experience ($10 million++)
  • Charismatic, personable, and warm personality
  • High attention to detail in both food and service
  • Knows how to build guest relationships
  • Natural ability to lead and motivate
  • Experience in a management level role with a comparable high-end restaurant/group
  • Strong Financials
  • Holding team members accountable while still fostering a fun and positive working environment
