Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking an HRIS tech to join our growing team Our company is known for their commitment to quality and owns and operates over 140 skilled nursing care centers throughout Texas.

Job Description:

The HRIS Tech position is a direct backup to the HRIS Director and is responsible for the accuracy of Dayforce information and the data that is pulled for outside parties. This position will help assist with gathering development project details, documentation of changes made within Dayforce and to help ensure successful implementation of current and future integrations.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have a broad understanding of our Human Resource system application, Dayforce.
  • Candidate must be proficient in Excel, OData and Power BI applications for analysis and auditing purposes.
  • Candidate must have great communication skills with phone and email etiquette. Communication will be primarily emails due to Dayforce being down.
  • Candidate must have a willingness to learn and a want to work.
  • Proposals, root cause analysis and program reviews will be taught for this position. Efficient writing skills and correct grammar is a must.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Candidate will be overseeing project updates and collaboration documentation with other department needs.
  • Perform System functions including set-up tasks, Dayforce process configuration, testing, and custom reporting.
  • Assist HRIS Director on accurate reporting and analysis to be thorough and accurate. Build capabilities for data gathering and data consolidation/analysis for companies not currently on Dayforce platform such as but not limited to DataIQ, Relias and Clickboarding
  • Maintain a record of change within Dayforce and ensure all team members are informed of changes that are in a direct correlation.
