We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal - MATERNITY LEAVE REPLACEMENT from August 15 - December 15, 2024. You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. Opportunity for permanent position with benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
  • Review corporate and loan documents
  • Prepare closing statements
  • Record and store client information

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency required.
  • Familiarity with Caret Legal and NetDocs preferred.
