Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Assistant, like a skilled navigator guiding a spacecraft through the cosmos, is responsible for charting the course of Orion Lending's digital strategy and operations. Working under limited direction, they embark on a journey through the vast expanse of cyberspace, maneuvering through the digital realm with finesse and precision.
Their mission: to create captivating content that resonates with audiences across the digital galaxy. From crafting compelling copy to designing mesmerizing graphics and videos, they are adept at optimizing every element for maximum engagement online.
But their role extends beyond mere content creation. Much like an intrepid explorer forging connections with alien civilizations, the Digital Marketing Coordinator cultivates both internal and external communities. They skillfully navigate existing communities, while also blazing trails to drive engagement with key audiences, ensuring that Orion Lending's digital presence shines brightly among the constellations of competitors.
With the strategic acumen of a seasoned astronaut, they meticulously plan and execute content strategies, measuring their impact. They are the primary emissary to the sales field, providing invaluable guidance on the ever-evolving landscape of social media. Like a celestial beacon guiding ships through the night, they illuminate the path for Account Executives, helping them navigate the complexities of social media and reputation management.
They take ownership of internal company social media channels. Simultaneously, they tend to external properties, nurturing partnerships and fostering engagement with external stakeholders.
Collaborating closely with the Sales, Learning & Engagement team, as well as other business units, they serve as a catalyst for growth, propelling Orion Lending ever closer to the stars. As a trusted social media ambassador, they stand at the helm, guiding the company's voyage through the digital universe with skill and determination.
