Responsibilities:

  1. Provide crucial support in managing various complex litigation cases across different legal areas.
  2. Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal professionals to develop effective case strategies tailored to each litigation matter.
  3. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis, preparing pertinent legal documents for a diverse range of litigation cases.
  4. Assist in preparation for and attendance at court hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings across different practice areas.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
  2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with exposure to various legal areas.
  3. Strong research and analytical skills applicable to different litigation contexts.
  4. Excellent communication and organizational abilities, adapting to the unique demands of each litigation case.
  5. High level of professionalism and a commitment to ethical practices.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented culture across diverse legal areas.
  7. Familiarity with various court procedures and legal document preparation in different practice areas is advantageous.
  8. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
