                                                                                      Outside Sales Representative

 

Compensation:
- Salary: $45,000 and up (depending on experience and performance) +Commission

 

Location:
Southeast Arkansas (Travel required within the designated territory)

 

Position Overview:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, cultivating, and closing sales opportunities within the Southeast Arkansas region. You will represent our company's products/services to potential clients, build and maintain relationships with existing customers, and achieve sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success.

 

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
2. Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits that meet their needs.
3. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to promote repeat business and customer loyalty.
4. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to support sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
8. Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

Ability to lift 65+ LBS
1. Proven track record of success in outside sales
2. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a close relationship and trust with customers.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
5. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
6. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
