AP Specialist

Irving, TX

$25/hour

IN OFFICE

Responsibilities:

  • Paying bills: Paying vendors and employees, including scheduling paychecks and verifying expense reports
  • Tracking payments: Keeping track of expenditures, including invoices, purchase orders, and payroll
  • Reconciling: Verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
  • Maintaining records: Keeping historical records and vendor files
  • Analyzing accounts: Preparing analyses of accounts and monthly reports
  • Researching: Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies or other issues
  • Responding to inquiries: Responding to vendor inquiries regarding finance
  • Maintaining confidentiality: Protecting the organization's value by keeping information confidential
