Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Commercial Cleaning Services

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with local businesses to secure commercial cleaning contracts. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, tracking progress and following up on leads
  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase our commercial cleaning services and their benefits
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers at local businesses, understanding their cleaning needs and tailoring our services to meet those needs
  • Negotiate and close commercial cleaning contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of our company
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contract details using our CRM system
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the service industry or a related field
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy schedule
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software (training provided)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the commercial cleaning or facilities management industry preferred
  • Business to business sales success is a mandatory requirement
  • Knowledge of local businesses and networks in the area
