Our in-house studio production team creates original video content that reaches millions daily. We specialize in breaking news, podcast production, and documentary series. Candidates should be exceptionally creative and adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-evolving editing schedule.

 

The ideal candidate will not only have the technical skills to edit videos but also the ability to source and curate engaging content tailored for a young conservative audience. Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, IG Reels, YT Shorts, and X is essential. If you are passionate about creating compelling media and understand what resonates with our audience, we look forward to hearing from you

 

In your application, please provide your video reel, specify your roles and duties for these products, and list the editing software you are proficient in.

 

Experience & Requirements:

 

Tampa, FL region-based position (working remotely is not an option)

2+ years of professional video editing experience

Ability to source and curate engaging content that resonates with a young conservative audience

Native familiarity with platforms like TikTok, IG Reels, YT Shorts, and X

Manage media files and maintain the organization of footage in post-production

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud apps, particularly Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro and Photoshop

Knowledge of digital media, including codecs, image types, resolutions, and frame rates

Working knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics (preferred but not required)

Strong visual sensibility and pacing

Ability to handle multiple ongoing projects simultaneously

Ability to apply feedback from management effectively

Maintain a positive attitude that promotes a healthy work environment

Comfortable working under tight deadlines

Strong organizational skills

Experience in Assembly and Editorial

Audio Mixing experience (preferred but not required)

Color Correction experience (preferred but not required)
