Gift shop associate

Faith Factory, a mental health, recovery, and well-being gift shop, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Gift Shop Associate. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. We are located inside Rogers Behavioral Health Hospital.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately inputting inventory data into the database.
• Maintaining and updating records with precision and attention to detail.
• Performing regular data audits to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Customer Service:

• Providing excellent customer service via in-person interactions.
• Addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assisting customers with product information, and purchases.
• Collaborating with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Administrative Support:

• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, organizing documents, and managing correspondence.
• Supporting other employees with various tasks to ensure operational efficiency.

Product Knowledge:

• Developing a comprehensive understanding of the products offered by Faith Factory, including their benefits and uses.
• Providing recommendations and guidance to customers based on their needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or data entry is a plus.
• Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge or interest in mental health, addiction, and well-being topics is a bonus.
