Our managers must be able to deliver a quality product and exceptional customer service, while facilitating integrity and teamwork in the workplace. You will be responsible for upholding our restaurant’s policies and procedures along with general restaurant operations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Train, develop and supervise staff
  • Interacting with guests naturally by supporting FOH staff, thus ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle complaints and/or difficult situations with professionalism and integrity.
  • Work closely with kitchen manager/chef to ensure kitchen operates according to quality and performance standards
  • Work closely with upper-management to meet business objectives/sales goals
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products, and equipment
  • Basic restaurant accounting/P&L management

Skills, Experience, and Certifications:

  • 2+ years experience as a full-service restaurant manager
  • Food Manager Certification required
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Motivated and ready to grow with the company, positive attitude is a MUST
  • Exceptional organization and leadership skills
  • Dependable and reliable

Job Type: Full-time
