Job Type: Part-time/Contract
Overview: Self Love Wellness LLC is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Collaborative Nurse Practitioner (NP) or physician licensed in Minnesota. This non-clinical position is designed to support our clinic by ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, assisting with policy updates, and providing guidance to our clinical staff. The Collaborative NP will not be responsible for direct patient care but will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and regulatory standards of our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the clinic adheres to all state and federal healthcare regulations, including updating policies and procedures as needed.
- Consultation: Offer expert guidance to the clinic’s leadership and staff on clinical best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation Review: Oversee the accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation, ensuring it meets regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the clinic’s administration, medical directors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care and compliance.
- Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing for and responding to regulatory audits and inspections.
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Medical Doctor (MD) license in the state of Minnesota.
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in policy development and clinical documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a non-clinical, regulatory, or administrative role.
- Familiarity with accreditation processes and healthcare quality improvement initiatives.
