Summary: Self Love Wellness LLC is in search of a highly skilled and licensed Collaborative Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Minnesota. This non-clinical role is pivotal in supporting our clinic by ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations, aiding in policy enhancements, and offering expert advice to our clinical personnel. The Collaborative NP will not engage in direct patient care but will be essential in upholding the quality and compliance standards of our healthcare offerings.
Core Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Adherence: Guarantee that the clinic complies with all applicable state and federal healthcare regulations, including the timely updating of policies and procedures.
- Advisory Role: Provide expert consultation to the clinic's leadership and staff regarding clinical best practices and regulatory obligations.
- Documentation Oversight: Supervise the accuracy and thoroughness of clinical documentation, ensuring it aligns with regulatory and accreditation criteria.
- Collaborative Engagement: Partner closely with the clinic's administration, medical directors, and other healthcare professionals to maintain the highest standards of care and compliance.
- Audit Support: Assist in the preparation for and response to regulatory audits and inspections.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Minnesota.
- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Experience in policy formulation and clinical documentation.
- Capability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a non-clinical, regulatory, or administrative capacity.
