We are seeking an Expediter For General Contractor to join our team

 

Responsibilities:

• You will be involved in all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Driving company truck delivering and moving building materials to job sites
• Hauling away debris, job site maintenance/clean up
• Coordinate dumpsters and jobsite lavs for delivery and pick up
• Maintain company tools and ensure PPE is current
• Maintain high standards of workmanship with onsite job tasks

Qualifications:

• Excellent driving record and be able to be insured with valid drivers license
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Physically able to lift 100lbs
• 3 solid references

*this is and excellent way to become a carpenter if you are want to gain experience from a ground level. We will train you if and move you up if a strong desire and aptitude is displayed.

 

 

We are also hiring for the following:

 

Carpenter

Our carpenters work directly under the lead carpenter completing assigned tasks in at a timely and high quality level. We are looking for carpenters to be reliable and be presentable when on the job site. You will be working with apprentice carpenters doing framing, finish carpentry, decks, siding, cabinet install, and railings.

Requisites include a minimum of three years of carpentry experience. We ask our Carpenters to have a good compliment of pro level tools and a reliable truck.

Minimum of 3 solid references.

Compensation- $30-35hr DOE with benefits
