What’s a typical day as an Invoicing Clerk? You’ll be:

•         Processing manual invoices

•         Utilizing software such as Microsoft Excel data entry and invoice processing.

•         Using skills in Accounts Receivable (AR) to maintain accurate records.

•         Taking ownership of the invoicing and collections process, ensuring a high level of efficiency and accuracy.

•         Resolving customer inquiries related to invoicing. 

•         Collaborating effectively with the team to ensure all invoicing processes are conducted smoothly and accurately.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

•         Have experience in Billing and Invoice Processing.

•         Have strong Data Entry skills.

•         Have proven ability to use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.

•         Have strong attention to detail and accuracy.

•         Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
