Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2024/2025 academic year near Anoka County, MN. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive behavior analysis services to students within a school setting. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with diverse needs while collaborating with a supportive team of professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and paraprofessionals.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other stakeholders to implement evidence-based interventions and strategies.
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and student progress.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Current certification as a MinnesotaBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
