The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of public accounting tax practices and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Review and ensure accuracy of complex tax returns for HNW individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.

·         Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for tax-related matters.

·         Participate in and lead tax planning initiatives, identifying opportunities for clients to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial outcomes.

·         Identify and address potential tax issues, providing clients with proactive advice and solutions.

·         Prepare and review tax adjustments, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

·         Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused work environment.

Qualifications:

·         Minimum of 5 years’ experience in public accounting with a strong focus on tax.

·         CPA certification is highly preferred.

·         Extensive knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.

·         Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

·         Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
