Job DescriptionJob Description

JD Software is currently seeking a dedicated Software Configuration and Support Engineer to enhance our dynamic team. This role involves configuring and supporting the ArcHealth Licensing Software for both new and existing clients, as well as writing and configuring SQL reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain the ArcHealth Licensing Software for clients using a GUI.
  • Write, configure, and manage SQL reports to meet client business requirements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to software configuration and reporting.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs fully and ensure that software configurations and reports align with their business objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of software configuration, reporting processes, and support procedures.
  • Execute SQL queries and manage databases, with a strong emphasis on PostgreSQL, to ensure optimal software performance.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficient in SQL, particularly PostgreSQL, with substantial experience in writing and configuring SQL reports.
  • Experienced in using graphical user interfaces for software configuration.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • A solid understanding of software development processes and database management systems.
