Locksmith/ Customer Service
Starting Pay: $15-18Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pmDuties:
  • Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the store.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with cutting keys, programming keys, opening safes, changing safe combinations, and rekeying locks.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a locksmith
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of hand tools
